Abstracts

Oral and poster contributions are welcome on subjects within the scope of the conference. Authors are requested to submit abstracts, no later than 28 February 2022. The template for preparing the abstract is available here. Images are welcome but please notice that abstract length must be limited to one A4 page as indicated in the template. Abstracts must be in English and must be sent in Word format.
Abstracts must be submitted electronically via conference e-mail address: colours2022@uevora.pt.
On the email, please mention the topic of the conference to which you want to submit your abstract.

Only abstracts of register participants (oral and poster contributions) that have performed the payment of the fee until 31 July 2022 will be included in the book of abstracts and in the final program of COLOURS2022.

Instructions for presentations:

Oral Presentions

  • Invited lecture: 25 minutes + 5 minutes for questions.
  • Contributed paper accepted for oral presentation: 15 minutes+ 5minutes for questions.
  • Presenters will have on disposal a digital projector, a PC running Microsoft Power Point and sound columns for videos. The presentations must be compatible with Microsoft Office 2010.
  • Other requests must be notified to the Organization in advance. We would like to ask you to prepare your presentation slides in english. You may present your communication in French, Italian or Spanish but considering the international environment and the lack of simultaneous translation, we strongly feel that the impact of your talk will be greater if you could present it in english. Please take this into consideration.

Poster Presentions

  • Posters sizes should not exceed 80 cm in width and 120 cm in height.
  • Posters should be in English.
  • Authors will have the opportunity to discuss theirs posters during the two posters sessions.
  • Posters should be displayed in the first morning of the conference and only be removed in the last day.
